Session fee
$40–$190 depending on your therapist's registration categoryIndividuals and couples. Payment is taken at the time of the session and a receipt is issued every time.

Sliding scale
A reduced rate is available for eligible clients, allocated case by case. Ask reception when you book, or mention it in your first session. Nobody is asked to justify the request in detail.
Free consultation
A free 15-minute consultation call is available if you want to hear a voice before committing to a session. It is a chance to describe what is going on, ask about approach and fit, and decide whether to go ahead.

Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can go to someone else on the waitlist. There is no late fee within that window.
