Seeking support when things feel challenging is a difficult step. In my role as a psychotherapist, I look to provide a comfortable, safe and judgment free environment to support clients in their therapeutic journey. Through my many years of service, I have had the privilege of journeying with clients through some of their most challenging of circumstances. Supporting clients in reaching their goals, and forging their own way forward is an important part of my practice. I take a client centered approach to my work, where clients take the lead in discussing relevant and important topics to them.

Talking about our experiences and feelings can be difficult. I will create a safe space where you feel comfortable expressing your true self without judgement. I take a holistic view of mental wellbeing and follow a person-centered, strengths-based, integrated approach. I believe that every person’s struggles are unique, so I draw from several models including cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic theory, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to ensure that our approach is the most comfortable and effective fit for you.
