Carly Fex is a CRPO qualified supervisor. She is eligible and has experience in supervising the work of other psychotherapists within the CRPO, including Qualifying members. She has also worked with Yorkville University as an external clinical supervisor for students and is open to one or two students each semester.

We have experience supporting individuals from the age of 4 and up. We have significant experience working with individuals with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other concerns. We also have a background in play therapy, and attachment based therapy for children. Individual therapy includes an intake session where we gather information about background and current concerns, and then develop goals together.

Using Gottman, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, we have experience supporting couples through the frameworks listed. Couples therapy generally takes the form of 3-4 assessment sessions where the couple will attend together, and separately to gather information. From there, goals are set, and treatment can begin which will address on an agreed upon focus.

Parenting support, or family therapy is available. Family therapy can assist with managing expectations, communication styles and addressing concerns in productive ways. We have experience working with parents on evidenced based parenting programs, as well as family therapy including all members of the family to address concerns.
